People love to debate over hot topics on the Internet. People are constantly discussing topics and getting into arguments; it's just part of being human, and a huge part of social media. The most difficult part of debating is coming up with a comeback that will be powerful enough end the conversation right then and there. Comebacks have to be quick, clever, and perfectly construed, and some people are experts at them.

Everyone has experienced that frustrating moment the most perfect comeback comes to mind hours after the argument is over, deeming it useless and annoying. Debating online comes with the advantage of time to think of a comeback, but it still doesn't always go the way someone wants. However, there are some comebacks online that are so genius, they leave people surprised.

Every now and again, someone will stumble upon a comment or comeback in a debate or just randomly posted, that is the perfect amount of witty, petty, honest, and brutal. Take a moment to appreciate these insults and comebacks that stopped a conversation in its tracks.
