Signs are all over the world, on every street, building, and piece of land. There are all kinds of reasons signs are needed, and they are valid. Whether it be for advertising, directing, informing, or something else, signs are needed in many situations. Signs can be a major eyesore, though, and they get in the way.

Signs block pretty views, get in the way, and are sometimes kind of ugly. No one likes their vision being bombarded with signage and advertising they didn't ask for. To resolve this problem, sign-makers need to make signs that people want to see, and ones they can chuckle about.

Silly, humorous signs are informative and they leave people smiling. These kinds of signs and notices are so much better than normal signs, even the unsettling and confusing ones are worth seeing and remembering.
