Not everyone gets things right the first time around. There are millions of moments of great design out there in the world, but there are also so many awfully designed items out there, too. Designing something like a great product or a helpful or beautiful piece of architecture is never easy, but some of them are so terrible that it is hard to imagine how anyone could create something so bad.

There are tons of these failed products and creations out there, and quite a few of them are sort of shocking to see. It could be an accessibility ramp that isn't so accessible or a normal product that ended up being pretty inappropriate, these moments of bad design are total fails, and everyone notices it. Bad design is all over, and sometimes it gets documented for everyone to laugh at.
