Restaurants just are not serving and presenting meals on normal plates or bowls anymore. Regular old dishes are becoming obsolete, and are being replaced with strange items. It's a really odd thing that's happening, and now, people can expect to eat their meals off of anything but a plate.

Ridiculous plating methods come in many forms and styles. From slabs of wood with everything from a basic sandwich to bacon and runny eggs falling off of them, to pasta being served in a shovel, or tacos being hung on a clothesline. There is no saying how a meal might come out when visiting one of these new restaurants.
