It's a strange phenomenon that seems to be occurring in the more fancy, hipster, and posh restaurants in the world. It's fine for restaurants to want to be unique, but enough is enough.

Ridiculous plating methods come in many forms. From slabs of wood with everything from a sandwich to bacon and runny eggs on them, to tacos being hung by clothespins. Restaurants, diners, and other eateries have no limits when it comes to their plating and presentation method. Things are getting weirder and weirder.
