'Safety First': 25 Job Site Fails That Are Not OSHA Approved
There are always multiple ways to approach a problem, but some are safer than others. When it comes to construction and other blue-collar jobs, there are certain ways to get things done while also staying safe. OSHA, or the Occupational Safety and Health Association, is the association that defines and ensures safety in the workplace. However, sometimes OSHA methods aren't convenient, doable, or any fun at all.
From time to time, people go against these recommendations and take things into their own hands, resulting in some pretty shocking, but horrifyingly hilarious moments. This isn't always the best idea, but it makes for some pretty awful and kind of hilarious photos. From sketchy ladders to welding without a mask to basic fails people spot on the job. There are some pretty heinous things that happen at work.
These images showcase exactly what no one should be doing on the job site. Despite them being dangerous and facepalm-worthy, they are pretty hilarious to see, and to imagine that somehow, someone thought these things were okay to do. Don't try any of this at home, or at work.
