Regardless of when or where we all learned them from, there are some socially mandatory things we all do in life that are honestly a bit odd when you think about them deeply. From saying 'bless you', to tipping, to sitting at work all day long, there are things everyone is expected to do in their own lives every single day. Society is a strange place.

Where did these socially mandatory expectations come from? Why do we all still do them all the time without considering if there is a better way? Maybe we are all just too comfortable with the current state of things, even if some of these things make us or others uncomfortable.
