The Wiedlak community is a loosely organized community of brainrot video editors with Polish usernames and profile pictures consisting of a letter over a color. The community is named after TikToker Andrzej Wiedlak Wiedlak, who is known for their high-quality video edits.

In late February 2026, TikTokers started bringing attention to these accounts, known collectively as "Wiedlaks," for their high-quality content.

This led to the coining of the term "Letter PFP Theory," which is a theory stating that accounts with letters for profile pictures only post the best content. What Is The Drama Between The 'Wiedlak Community' And 'OC Character Animators?'

As the concept of Letter PFP Theory spread online, it inspired some TikTokers to change their PFPs to letters and join the community. Some of these new members are animators, who started going viral for posting original animations where they turn their letter PFPs into OC characters.

These animations look to personify letter PFPs by depicting them as characters with human bodies and letters for heads.

While these animations have proved popular, original Wiedlaks are calling their creators out for "ruining" the Letter PFP Theory. They claim that animators have turned it into a trend and taken away the niche-ness of the theory, causing it to go too mainstream.
