How Is The 'Power Of A Haircut' Used In Memes?

The revived version of the meme follows in the footsteps of @sloptube's video by attaching heavily edited clips of Prosper Fitness emerging from the ocean after showing footage of a baby. The joke is that the baby has transformed into Prosper Fitness thanks to a good haircut.
