A Twitter / X user named PNWGUERRILLA (@pnwguerrilla) is getting clowned on by the internet for allegedly shooting and killing a rooster because it attacked his nephew.

"Rooster says hello my to 12GA," read the original tweet with an odd typo.

Since then, Twitter has been flooded with jokes about a Chad rooster aura farming over a Soyjak, meant to represent PNWGUERRILLA. Largely, the consensus seems to be that he overreacted or his methods were overkill.

Who Is Twitter User 'PNWGUERRILLA?'

PNWGUERRILLA (@pnwguerrilla) is a Twitter / X user and military surplus seller who owns and operates the website ODGG Supply.

A majority of his tweets are about fitness and firearms — sometimes about both. In one recent tweet, he wrote, "Reminder that you don’t need a gym to workout." The attached image shows dumbbells next to an assault rifle.

The rooster situation isn't the first time that PNWGUERRILLA's gone viral on Twitter either. He edges into anti-woke talking points and memes, which has garnered him a fanbase this year. For instance, he shared viral Studio Ghilbi AI art of Shiloh Hendricks amid her controversy earlier this year.

He also apparently "freaked out" about someone using a coupon code on his online store, according to viral tweets from this week. Essentially, there are numerous ways people have discovered his page on X.

What Is PNWGUERRILLA's Rooster Tweet?

On Friday, September 5th, 2025, PNWGUERRILLA posted a tweet in which he claimed that a rooster attacked his nephew and, in response, he shot and killed the rooster.

"I can’t post the dead bird because Twitter allows literal war crime footage but not dead animals for some reason," he added at the end.

In the following days, people began to make fun of PNWGUERRILLA because they believed that he overreacted. "You are going to be hard-pressed to find a rooster that isn't aggressive towards people," wrote one user in his tweet's replies.

Others began quote-tweeting his post and sharing memes that made the rooster seem superior. "You just pecked my nephew. Sorry, pal, but that's a heckin' death sentence. Prepare to be obliterated by 12 gauge," was the dialogue in one tweet.

"My ancestors smile on me, mammal," was the start of the rooster's imagined response. "One day, a reckoning will come, and my kind shall inherit the Earth again. Our power grows. You will see…"

As the story spread, the memes became far removed from the context of the original post. "IT'S A ROOSTER, SARGE, CALL IN AN AIRSTRIKE," was the caption of one such post, showing a soldier yelling in combat.

Others used PNWGUERRILLA's original tweet as a phrasal template, by replacing some of the nouns to joke about even more off-kilter retaliations.
