Looking for a job in this market isn't easy. There are so many people out there right now struggling hard with the job search, and it isn't even their fault. Looking for a job right now has become a bigger challenge than it should be for plenty of reasons. Even though everywhere seems to be hiring or short-staffed, still so many people are being ghosted by employers and let down every day. There are tons of issues with many of these job ads.
