Water: it's running in your veins, flowing in the world's rivers, helping the plants in the fields grow and the animals in the forest flourish. But so many people in today's world somehow miss out on drinking enough water to optimize their mood, health and productivity.

A very specific community on Reddit called "Hydro Homies" is setting out to change that. By raising awareness and making memes and content that encourages everybody to drink more of the world's most famous beverage, the "Hydro Homies" seek to convert more to their cause.

Fervently anti-soda, the crew preaches the benefits of lugging around hefty bottles and swallowing many ounces throughout the day.

If, while reading all this stuff about water, you're beginning to feel a bit parched, immediately stand up and navigate to the nearest sink. Fill a glass or a bottle and sip to your heart's content. And then once you've drained that glass, do another: it can't hurt.
