This may not come as a surprise to many these days, but there are a lot of people out there who are just completely unhinged. The wildest part is, they don't even try to hide it. Instead, they're happy to post all about their deranged ideas on social media. From terrible medical advice to memes that are just insulting rather than funny, this seems to be all too common of a practice.
