"Whoosh" is the onomatopoeic expression used to describe the audible swift movement of air and is defined by the Oxford dictionary as "the sudden movement and sound of air or water rushing past." This could also be attributed to the sound an object makes as it goes flying overhead at speed.
The phrase is commonly seen in YouTube comments sections and all over the wider net, such as on forums and imageboards, when a poor user fails to catch a joke or the use of sarcasm, as it goes rushing over their head, much to the amusement of others.
