Pigeons are known for many things: their amazing homing ability, which humans relied upon for centuries to send messages over large distances, their unique adaptability to urban environments, and them being symbols of peace, love and devotion. What they are not known for is the ability to build nests: these makeshift homes are known to be quite simplistic, flimsy and even hazardous to pigeons and their offspring. Hey, try building one yourself with a beak and a pair of claws!
As a trade-off, pigeons and doves are usually very selective about the spot they choose to build their nests in … usually. Check for yourself if these beginner nest-builders have what it takes to continue their bloodline.
