"Interviewer forgot I was CC'd"

Interview - Business Systems Analyst Inbox 10:50 AM 1. Short Experience coming in 2. Late for meeting, and completely unprepared 3. Claimed to not be aware of SQL testing, even though it's clearly explained to all applicants 4. Several typos in resume and question set 5. Initial interview shows most of his interaction is non-technical process improvement, not software development related 6. Was pretty terrible at SQL and declined to complete the test Generally, I got the sense that he was likeable but very cold, that he was not invested in the interview at all, and that he doesn't have the skills we need. He was gracious upon hearing that the interview would end, and DW suggested that we might follow up at a later date. Thanks,
