There are some things that only some generations understand. Nostalgia is a funny feeling that can make someone smile and tear up at the same time. Nostalgia is triggered by old photos of items, places, people, and other old memories cherished by folks. There are some things that were just done differently in the past, including school.
Baby boomers are people who were born in the mid-1940s up until the mid-1960s. These folks experienced some historical decades and major events. Many of the same schools that people attend today existed in the 1900s. What has changed are the programs, methods of teaching, and the overall appearance of students, classrooms, and dorms.
