In most jobs, it's normal to make a mistake every now and again, but in the film scene, things are sort of expected to be flawless. People expect finished movies and films to be perfect, and for no one to notice any small mistakes that may have been made during filming. Sometimes, though, a small mistake is noticed by some keen person.
