Looking through the social media posts of a 14-year-old is much like exploring Jaden Smith's old Twitter account. It doesn't always make a lot of sense, even though everything is supposed to be deep and meaningful.

In case you haven't yet guessed, the things they post aren't deep at all. I mean, kids in our era are going through a lot, but that doesn't mean they suffered so deeply that they turned into moral philosophers by the time they reached high school.

Most of these posts try to mean something, but really don't. The rest of them were probably taken from an ironic hustle culture page that the kid confused with something genuine and reposted.

Oh, to be a naive child again, ruining our social futures one awkward step at a time. Those were the days when posting pictures of My Chemical Romance lyrics on your Instagram story was considered cool.
