Gone are the days of being served food in regular bowls and on normal plates. These days, normal dishes are becoming obsolete, and they are instead being replaced by odd excuses for dishes. It's a strange phenomenon that seems to be occurring in the more fancy, hipster, and posh restaurants in the world. It's fine for restaurants to want to be unique, but enough is enough.

Odd and bizarre plating methods and presentations come in so many forms. From bricks to pieces of wood to shoes and shovels and everything in between. Sometimes food is put on laundry lines, sometimes it's falling off of a wooden slab. Restaurants have no bounds when it comes to what they serve food on.
