These are statements you just can't argue with. When someone asks a question, there is a specific sort of answer to be expected, one that is helpful and true, and usually pretty boring.

Straightforward answers are great and all, but they aren't much fun. The most fun sorts of answers are the ones that somehow narrowly avoid the question but still answer it with full honesty and nothing but the truth. It's an impressive thing to do, really.

These kinds of statements are silly and a little sarcastic. They present in a similar way to dad jokes do, they're blunt and obvious while still being funny.

These kinds of occurrences can be found just about anywhere, which is why there is a whole subreddit titled /r/TechnicallytheTruth. Reddit users share the most truthful statements out there that spit nothing but the facts.

Here are just 25 of these clever folks keeping it real.
