There are some problems in life that can't be solved simply. Some people think they know everything when it comes to lifestyle choices, and they are sharing their "advice" online. Any advice found online should be taken with a grain of salt because some people truly have no clue. It's always pretty obvious who doesn't know what they're talking about because their solutions are way too obvious and almost seem like jokes.

Things like mental and physical health concerns don't have simple fixes. Everyone is going through something different, and something as obvious as drinking more water or going for more walks isn't a cure-all. It's always the hustle culture kinds of people who spread this advice, too. They think that since their lives are perfect, clearly everyone else's would be too if they lived like them.

This kind of advice is all over the web, and it just gets more and more cringeworthy. Reddit's /r/thanksimcured is a subreddit filled with some of the worst pieces of advice around. It's hard to say if anyone is really improving their lives based on this content, but who knows? Here are 25 way-too-obvious quotes and messages found online.
