Not everyone gets things right the first time around. There are millions of moments of great design out there in the world, but there are also millions of terribly designed items and products around, too. Designing something like a great product or a helpful piece of architecture isn't easy, but some of them are so bad that it is hard to imagine how someone could mess up so badly. It's kind of hilarious and kind of infuriating to see these moments of bad design.

There are tons of them out there, and some of them might be kind of surprising. It could be an accessibility ramp that isn't so accessible or a normal product that ended up being kind of inappropriate, these moments of bad design are total fails. Bad design is everywhere, and many times it is documented online for all to see.
