Time takes its toll on everyone and everything. Everything changes over time, both living things and inanimate objects. It's a fact of life, perhaps a sad one, though. Some changes happen so gradually that no one really notices them until they are too far gone. Small changes eventually add up to huge ones.
It is pretty interesting to see what wears down and how. Everything from the obvious items like shoes and hats to the more peculiar things like staircases and keys wears down with time. All it takes is a little bit of observation to see just how much time changes things. These images might inspire someone to take a closer look at the things around them to see how worn down they are.
Take a moment to admire and enjoy seeing the interesting ways that things wear down as they are used. It can be a bit surprising to see the specific ways some items wear down compared to others.
