25 Vintage Photos Capturing School-Life In The Past

If there is one thing many people can relate to, it's the experience of going to school. School is an important and critical time for kids and young adults. Kids start going to school when they are young and they don't leave until they are at least 17 or 18, even older if they choose to go to university or college. School isn't only for becoming book-smart, but it also teaches kids fundamental socialization skills and hands-on skills, too. It's cool to go to school.
Throughout the years, going to school has changed a lot. Technology is prevalent in schools these days. Every kid has a computer to type on, a phone to distract them, and a lot of their work is done and handed in online. Once upon a time everything was handwritten on paper; once upon a time typing classes were even a thing. It's interesting to look back at what school was like for kids in the 1900s.
Here, we have collected 25 images from school-life back throughout the decades. These photos range from as early as 1908 right up into the 1970s. These images will trigger some major nostalgia for some folks. Enjoy this look back on school in the 1900s.
