In this day and age, it is hard to think of what life and society might look like without technology or the Internet. The Internet is used by nearly everyone in some capacity, and it is pretty important for all kinds of things. It has advanced the world in the professional sense and entertainment-wise, but life before the Internet took over seemed so much simpler. It is odd to think about how much has changed because of the Internet.
There are lots of people around who do remember life before the Internet was a thing. Boomers and Gen Xers grew up in an era where they had to play outside, in the streets, or with physical toys. While kids still do these things, many of them are more into their tablets, screens, and other online forms of entertainment.
This is a collection of 25 images taken in the past of kids just being kids before they were so invested in technology. These are nostalgic images, and they might make some people feel a little old today.
