Everyone has problems at work from time to time. Sometimes people make mistakes, and that's okay. Depending on what job someone does, some mistakes might be seen more than others. For some folks, their mistakes can be easily covered and fixed without anyone ever knowing. It's easy to make a mistake, but some things are so obvious it's hard to imagine how anyone could have messed it up so badly.
