Everyone has problems at work from time to time. Sometimes people make mistakes, and that's okay. Depending on what job someone does, some mistakes might be seen more than others. For some folks, their mistakes can be easily covered and fixed without anyone ever knowing. For those who work in public and have things put on display, though, their mistakes could be seen by thousands. Millions if it is shared online.

It's easy to make a mistake, but some things are so obvious it's hard to imagine how anyone could have messed it up so badly. Regardless, it happens a lot and many of these silly incidents are, in fact, put online for all to see. Hopefully whoever made the mistake in the first place isn't too embarrassed by it…
