Proof That Shrinkflation Is Very Real
People have accepted the fact that things are getting more and more expensive as time passes. Not only that, though, but they have also noticed things are getting smaller despite a raise in price. It's a pretty annoying practice companies are doing that some are referring to as "shrinkflation". Shrinkflation can be seen anywhere and everywhere, and while companies are trying to be sneaky and discreet about it, it is not going unnoticed by consumers and shoppers worldwide.
The once full boxes of cookies are now missing rows. Bags of candy and chips are more air than food by now, and even things like toothpaste tubes, wrapping paper, and other household necessities are getting way smaller. Everyone is fed up with paying more money for less product, having to shop more frequently, and missing how big things used to be. These companies are starting to be exposed by those shopping for their items.
This collection of images showcases just a handful of companies and products that are guilty of shrinkflating their items. It's an infuriating thing to see and notice, and society is tired of it.
