For some people, their number one hobby and pastime are their cars and trucks. The whole purpose of a vehicle is to be used to transport a person and their belongings from one place to another. Beyond that necessity, cars and trucks can be modified to drive differently, sound a certain way, or to appear unique. Car modification can be fun and a cool way to express some individuality, but sometimes it gets taken too far.
Sure, many of the reasons someone might modify their vehicles are valid, but other times people must just do things for the sake of doing them. There are some car and truck modifications out there that must just be for the shock value or for the looks because they are just that weird. It's fun to see these odd vehicles on the roads, and sometimes people share them for others to see.
