Marriage is difficult, but sometimes it's the weddings that are even more difficult. Every relationship is going to have its ups and downs, everyone comes with baggage. Some people have more problems than others though, some being quite unique. Relationships will always have their fair share of drama but the drama in these stories is that of a particular kind.

Surely everyone has asked their significant other at some point if they would remarry if they so happen to pass away. Most people don't actually have to deal with this issue though, thankfully. So what about the people who do? Well, it can come with some issues, especially if the widowed person hasn't fully moved on, or so it would seem.

One Reddit user has come to ask if it is wrong of them to postpone their wedding because their fiancée wants photos of her late husband at the wedding. To make it worse, the OP was met with quite an explosive response upon expressing his concerns with this.

Similarly, another user has come to ask if it's wrong for him to not want his wife to wear her late husband's ring alongside their own. Both of these stories are intriguing and have gained attention from other users expressing their own opinions on the matters. Here are their stories.

Here's the original story

Lots of people are putting it pretty bluntly

Some users have suggestion alternate arrangements to come to some sort of comfortable agreement

Good question

Some people felt for her as well

But mostly people were saying she is just not ready to be remarried

This one is a hard pill to swallow

Lots of personal experience here

Here's the second case of this kind of issue

Maybe another style could help?

(Source: Reddit)

Many people have had similar situations here, too

Good point

Hmmm

Yikes…

Overall, the consensus between the two stories is that neither OP is in the wrong and their partners might just not be ready to move on.
