Two friends have gone viral for playing a game where one of them has to guess her midterm score by asking questions about the number. With each question, it becomes increasingly clear that the score is not going to end well.

The video, shared by social media user Maggie Taylor, has since garnered more than 7.7 million views on TikTok in five days.

Maggie Taylor is a college student and content creator who posts lifestyle and college life content to her TikTok account, and she is currently studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. None of her videos had ever gone viral before, but a recent post changed that, racking up millions of views in less than a week.

In the video, Taylor films a friend and classmate, Mia Schneider, as she tries to guess her calculus midterm score. Schneider has to ask questions about the number, which are usually related to things that happen in life when one’s age number is the same as her score number.

"Mia guessing her calc midterm score," Taylor writes on her video, as it shows Schneider standing in a room, facing the camera and speaking to Taylor. Sinister-sounding music begins playing.

"Am I a senior citizen?" Schneider says warily, holding her hands together in front of her. It looks like she understands Taylor's answer just by looking at her face because, before Taylor's said anything, Schneider gasps in surprise and covers her mouth with her hands, crouching.

"No," Taylor answers. "No, no, you're not."

The clip fades to black, before quickly fading back into a clip of another one of Schneider's guesses. The video does this for each guess.

Schneider is looking away from Taylor, thinking about what to guess next. "I- it's okay for me to drive at this age, right?" she says, looking at Taylor with an outstretched palm.

"Yeah," Taylor replies.

Schneider looks away, thinking about her next guess and flapping her arms against her sides. "Is it normal to have readers at this age?" she asks, looking away and then looking back at Taylor.

"No," Taylor replies, causing Schneider to gape in surprise and shock.

Schneider is looking away in fear, exhaling breathlessly. In the next clip, she exhales a deep breath, leaning against a set of drawers and clearly stressed, as Taylor laughs.

"Oh, my god, just let me see. Let me see," Schneider says desperately while jumping up and down.

Having calmed down, Schneider leans against the TV stand and looks away thoughtfully. "Is it likely that my parents are still alive while I'm this age?" she asks, standing up straighter and leaning against a set of drawers.

"Yes," Taylor replies.

"Is my dog still alive?" Schneider asks.

"No," Taylor says, and Schneider exhales in relief.

"I'm not reaching retirement?" Schneider asks, looking at Taylor like she's wary of the answer.

"No," Taylor says, and Schneider looks like she doesn't like that answer. "You have just started your doctor career," Taylor adds, and Schneider gapes in shock.

"Oh, my god, oh, my god," Schneider says, covering her mouth with her hands. "It's in the 30s," she states, dropping her hands to her sides.

To this, Taylor makes an affirmative noise, "Oh, my god!" Schneider exclaims, crouching down and holding her head with her hands.

"I'm gonna leave this class," Schneider says desperately, kneeling on the floor and almost sobbing.

Finally, Schneider is sitting on a couch with her laptop open on her lap, looking at it warily as she sees her result.

In the comments, people joked about Schneider’s different questions and reactions, while others talked about their own experiences getting low scores during college, especially in calculus.
