Popular singer D4vd just canceled his upcoming shows and got dropped by Crocs after the body found in his Tesla's trunk earlier this month was identified as missing teen Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was just 15 years old.

Rivas had been reported missing since 2014, and now, evidence is coming forward linking her to D4vd, including claims from her mother claiming that she was dating someone named "David," photos and videos of the two together, and even an unreleased song titled "Celeste."

What Are The Allegations Against D4vd?

This wild story started back on September 9th, 2025, when a body was found in the trunk of a Tesla registered to singer D4vd.

For those who don't know, D4vd is a relatively well-known singer who has collaborated with major artists like The Kid LAROI and Kali Uchis. He was even featured on the Arcane season two soundtrack, as well as Invincible.

The body was identified on September 17th as 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, a girl from Lake Elsinore, California, who had been missing since April 2024.

While some presumed he was innocent after the September 9th news, the identification of Rivas inspired social media users to dig further into the case.

Some of these internet sleuths quickly uncovered purported evidence linking D4vd to a girl named Rivas, with Rivas's own mother reportedly claiming she was dating a man named David at one time. Since then, the evidence has only gotten more troublesome.

What Is The New Evidence Linking 'D4vd' To Celeste Rivas?

There is a lot of evidence that D4vd and Celeste Rivas knew each other intimately, including allegations that they were dating. Since Rivas was identified, numerous photos that appear to show the two together have resurfaced.

One photo allegedly shows D4vd paying someone hush money to keep the fact that Rivas was a minor under wraps, although this is not confirmed to be the correct context.

On top of that, many messages from D4vd's Discord server have leaked, alleging that he was dating a Celeste in 2024. One message even tells him to drop the song about the "missing girl Celeste Rivas Hernandez."

Some people have been digging into the content of D4vd's songs and are reinterpreting lyrics that might be about Celeste and the murder. An old, unreleased love song was even leaked, titled "Celeste," which some are calling "haunting."

As evidence continues to come out, including purported messages between Celeste and another person about her and D4vd's relationship, D4vd has canceled the rest of his shows, and his home was reportedly searched by police.

Now, some social media users are calling out Twitch streamers who knew D4vd and were filmed with the singer and a girl alleged to be Rivas. One of these streamers is JasonTheWeen, who once collaborated with D4vd on the song "Summer Uptown."

In a stream with Ludwig after the body was found in D4vd's car, JasonTheWeen defended D4vd, saying he's "innocent until proven guilty."

JasonTheWeen has now, allegedly, removed that video following the new evidence against him.

Another streamer being called out is Pokimane, who has been seen in past streams with D4vd and the girl who appears to be Rivas.

The callout is based on the assumption that Pokimane and these other streamers knew that Rivas was underage, although this is not confirmed.

Pokimane recently put out a statement claiming she's "as shocked and disturbed as everyone else finding this out" and offering her prayers for the victim's family, suggesting she was unaware of Rivas's missing persons status and her age.

At the time of publishing, none of this evidence against D4vd has been officially confirmed by the police, but it's likely we'll know more about the case and many of these accusations in the near future.
