A new website called Omoggle that connects two random people to see who lands higher on the PSL Scale is going viral, and now, some of the biggest streamers online are getting shown up by randoms.

What Is 'Omoggle?'

Omoggle is a website inspired by the now-defunct randomized video chat app Omegle and the world of looksmaxxing. The site pairs up two random users via webcam and scans their faces using the PSL Scale to determine who has the more "perfect" features.

If you're unfamiliar with it, the PSL Scale is a scale used by looksmaxxers to figure out, using a set of specific parameters, how attractive a person is based on their facial features.

Omoggle has a leaderboard where it places contestants based on their PSL scores and how many other people they've mogged, turning the game into a full-blown competition that streamers are getting obsessed with.

How Is 'Omoggle' Used Online?

The Omoggle website is going viral on sites like X / Twitter and TikTok as users upload videos of their funniest encounters. Many of these videos show the uploader either mogging someone or getting out-mogged.

Mogging, for those who don't know, is essentially the act of outperforming someone in a certain way. In this case, it's all about facial structure as determined by the PSL Scale.

Streamers have become particularly engrossed in Omoggle, with some big-time names like xQc, Jynxzi and more visiting the site. Historically, however, Twitch has had guidelines against using sites like Omoggle. So, has that changed?

Is 'Omoggle' Allowed On Twitch?

As of May 5th, 2026, Omoggle is officially allowed to be streamed by creators on Twitch.

This move came suddenly, as Omoggle went viral online. Previously, Twitch's Terms of Service banned randomized video chat sites like Omoggle, Omegle and Ome.tv because they're too uncontrollable. Anyone or anything can pop up on the other camera, including TOS-breaking imagery.

While some streamers were allegedly getting warnings for going on Omoggle at first, Twitch has now made a statement allowing for the use of random video sites on their website. They will, however, still take action if something that breaks TOS comes up on the site.
