The "Bicep Heart trend" is one of the biggest trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels right now, and you don't have to be considerably muscular to get in on it.

This thirst trap trend is all about flexing your bicep and making a heart shape using your free hand, but some viewers are confused about how exactly it's done.

So, where did the trend come from, and how can you get in on it? Here's what you need to know.

What Is The 'Bicep Heart' Trend?

The Bicep Heart trend is a fitness and bodybuilding-oriented trend that's going viral on short-form video sites like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

The trend is all about making the shape of a heart using your flexed bicep and your hand. Mostly, this is done as a form of thirst trapping and showing off your muscles, although you don't necessarily need big muscles to participate.

The trend started at the end of October 2026. TikToker @kavithageorge is the first known person to do the trend, and her video gained over 5.3 million views in under a week.

From there, it took off on both TikTok and Instagram Reels in early November, continuing to spread over the following weeks.

How Is The 'Bicep Heart' Trend Done?

The Bicep Heart trend is pretty easy to do, and anyone can participate in it.

First, you have to flex your bicep. Then, instead of keeping the hand on the arm you're flexing balled up in a fist, point your fingers towards your bicep. Finally, take your free hand, form a "C" shape, and fill in the space between your fingertips and bicep.

If done properly, this should create a heart shape using your arms and hands.

While many participants are using the trend to thirst trap, others are doing it with a partner or friends, who appear in the "heart" created by their biceps.

Then there's an offshoot of the meme, where some people are posting videos where they ask others to send them Bicep Heart videos in an attempt to bait people into sending them more.
