Robert Loggia was an Italian-American film and television actor and director known primarily for his character roles. He appeared in Family Guy several times, both as a fictionalized version of himself and as a guest voice actor.

The clip used in the meme comes from the Family Guy episode "Peter's Two Dads," the tenth episode of the show's fifth season, which originally aired on February 11th, 2007.
