The platform, unfortunately, has been filled with videos of muscular, heavily tattooed warriors and shieldmaiden-looking women delivering AI-generated bars about Valhalla and Ragnarok, while similar songs began piling up on Spotify and other streaming services under an assortment of fictional AI artist names.

The music follows an increasingly familiar formula, combining aggressive trap beats and synthetic vocals with lyrics about battle, honor, wolves, ravens and warrior pride.

The accompanying AI images and videos tend to feature the same exaggerated Viking aesthetic, making the entire phenomenon feel less like a traditional music scene and more like an endless conveyor belt of algorithmically generated content.

On June 10th, 2026, TikTok user @ragalor posted a song called "RAISE THE BANNER" by the AI Viking artists Laga ft. Ragalor, receiving over 3.2 million views and 219,000 likes in just a few months.

On July 12th, 2026, TikTok user @blackcrownstudio posted another track titled "IRON IN MY VEINS (Pt. 1)," continuing the same AI-generated Viking music formula. The clip accumulated more than 2.1 million views and 144,400 likes in around two months.

Some of the accounts associated with the trend accumulated hundreds of thousands of monthly Spotify listeners and millions of combined followers across social platforms.

The scale of the output also contributed to confusion over whether the artists and music were authentic. Older listeners, in particular, sometimes treated the fictional personas as real performers.

On August 19th, 2026, TikTok user @viggo.ironside posted a song called "In The Breach," another Viking-themed AI track that passed 1.6 million views and 98,400 likes in just a month.
