The Weekly Meme Roundup: Evan Burger, Pigeon Doctor, Baby Boo Syndrome And More
Did you just watch a niche Instagram chef make PB&J bites, or are you just soying out because you're excited to read the Weekly Meme Roundup, where we catch you up on five of the biggest memes of the past week?
This week in memes, a clip from a five-year-old Disney+ show introduced us all to a dude named Evan Burger, a confusing skinny neck optical illusion had us all confused, an AI pigeon doctor redifined what it means to have aura, and much more.
Here are all the biggest memes that you need to catch up on before heading into the weekend.
Evan Burger
A scene from the little-known 2021 anthology series Just Beyond became an unexpectedly massive meme over the last week thanks to a kid named Evan Burger.
In the scene, a new kid walks into class and tells the teacher that his name is Evan Burger. A very eager high school bully, who's practically foaming at the mouth from the minute he sees Burger walk in, has a field day with Burger's name. He asks Burger if his middle name is French fries, asks if he comes with cheese, all the typical bully stuff.
This scene would largely be forgotten until it got reposted to TikTok and Reels in late 2025, inspiring memes in early 2026.
A video where two pranksters reference the scene while ordering at McDonald's was one of the first notable memes to set off the trend, which really picked up in the last week as a brainrot format.
Now, it's been added to the ever-growing roster of brainrot videos for edits, while also posting standalone memes that reference the clip.

Baby Boo Syndrome
The Baby Boo remix trend has taken a surprising new turn recently as videos documenting people with "Baby Boo Syndrome" go viral on social media.

Throughout February 2026, the song "What It Is" by NBA YoungBoy has been going viral through purposefully insane DIY remixes. These remixes take the song's lyrics, particularly a section where YougBoy raps what sounds like, "She gon' call me baby boo," and slap them over beats from songs that barely match the vibe.
Some of these remixes end up sounding pretty good, while others are unlistenable. Recently, one of the more viral examples took "What It Is" and remixed it with Frank Ocean's "White Ferrari," two songs that could not sound much more different.
This remix has now become the soundtrack to a series of memes that capture people with the dreaded "baby boo syndrome."
In the videos, baby boo syndrome is depicted as an infection that causes its victims to act zombie-like and twitch in ways that vaguely resemble dance moves related to the Baby Boo Dance, another trend related to the song.

Skinny, Hairy Neck Optical Illusion
A photograph of what appears to be an absurdly long, hairy, skinny neck baffled social media this past week as viewers tried to figure out what they were really looking at.
The photo surfaced on Reddit earlier this week and was soon posted on X / Twitter, where it gained tens of thousands of likes and reposts in short order.
In reality, the photograph is not all that interesting. It's a close-up shot of a man wearing a bracelet with his hand in his pocket.
Many who saw the photo, however, mistook it for an image of someone with a grotesquely long and hairy neck, seeing the bracelet as a necklace.
The photo made the rounds online and even inspired a series of photoshops on Reddit that interpret the image as a neck to make disturbing and funny new images.
One example shows actor Michael Cera's head on top of the arm, illustrating exactly why so many people were confused by the photo. If you're one of the rare people who always saw a hand in a pocket, prepare to never see it that way again.

AI Pigeon Doctor
No week is free from a new AI meme, but at least this week's AI Pigeon Doctor meme has aura.
@brockweeb saved me 😂
Memes using the Pigeon Doctor clip started going viral at the beginning of February, when the appropriately named TikToker @doctor_pigeon posted a video of a man-pigeon hybrid dramatically walking down a hallway with a group of people behind him. The video paints the pigeon as some hero on an important mission, perhaps on his way to save a life.
The absurd clip has been spreading on sites like TikTok, Reels and X ever since, but this week the meme was taken to new places.
Recently, TikTok and Reels users have been posting comedy skits where they reenact the pigeon's dramatic walk alongside captions claiming that the pigeon gives them confidence.
Some examples include a meme where the pigeon gives a man the confidence to walk a runway, and a meme about getting the confidence to pick up a free sample at Costco.

Adam Rose PB&J Bites Instagram Ad
Finally, content creator Adam Rose popped up all over X this week as soy face enthusiasts did their best to spread his image online.
Back in 2024, Instagram worked with Rose for a series of sponsored videos. In one of these videos, Rose reacts to someone making PB&J bites with a look of utter bewilderment.
This face, of course, has been compared to a soy face ever since it started popping up on people's feeds.
While the meme has been going around for a while, it saw a surprise resurgence on X this week after it was reposted earlier in the month.
Essentially, people are taking the time to poke some fun at Rose for striking the face in just about every video he's ever posted. This has resulted in many memes using the face as a reaction image, editing the face in a variety of ways, and even turning it into a GIF.
If you're looking for a new Soyjak to use for some reason, here you go.
