'You Ruined This Country Like You Ruined Your Marriages': Elon Musk Gets Roasted During A Recent 'Path Of Exile 2' Livestream

Despite all that the tech-billionaire turned political juggernaut has on his plate, Elon Musk makes sure that his biggest scandal at any given point is his gaming prowess (or lack thereof).
In a recent stream hoping to promote Starlink's new in-flight Wi-Fi capabilities while onboard his private jet over the weekend, he was seemingly met with more trolling than his network could handle.
Musk had barely settled into Path of Exile 2's (PoE) tutorial gauntlet when a viewer asked him to "jerk" the President "so he dies of a heart attack." He ignored the comment, but it seemed to open the floodgates of the roasting that was to come.
For the next hour and 40 minutes, Musk sat stone-faced, attempting to make his way through the early levels of his favorite game while an army of trolls roasted him to high heaven.
"Vivian was right about you," another user said, pointing to his estranged daughter laughing off his "gaming" skills in a recent interview.

Things only got worse from there. A troll claiming to be conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair, wrote, "Elon. It’s me, Ashley St. Claire. I have no other means of contacting you so I bought PoE2 early access. Please pay your child support," joking about his latest baby-mama scandal.
One particular user was not subtle with their many jibes and was eventually blocked by Elon Musk personally. Going by the name, ELON_MUSK_IS_PATHETIC, the user repeatedly spammed DMs like "STILL NOT OVER GRIMES SHE NEVER LOVED YOU," "YOU WILL ALWAYS FEEL INSECURE IT WILL NEVER GO AWAY," and finally, "YOU RUINED THE COUNTRY JUST LIKE YOU RUINED ALL YOUR MARRIAGES."
"Anyone spamming the chat will get, uh, ignored," Musk said, tearing his eyes away from the game he was fumbling with long enough to mute the user who had been clogging up his chatbox for nearly an hour.

Musk was either unaware that Path of Exile 2 allows you to disable the in-game chat or was too busy ignoring the chat to see the stream of people urging him to type /dnd to enable the Do Not Disturb function and save himself from the barrage of trolls.
Eventually, the stream cut out, and Musk disappeared into the digital ether. The video (or VOD) was subsequently deleted from X, but not before being saved, reuploaded and relived by the PoE community.

Musk's embarrassing paper trail when it comes to faking his video game clout runs long. Those keeping up with his hijinks will know the tech billionaire once claimed to be piloting a juiced-up PoE 2 character that later faced strong claims of having been boosted by someone Musk hired to grind for him.
So there was no one who took more relish in dissecting Musk's gameplay than YouTuber and Twitch streamer Quin69TV, who first called out Musk’s gameplay shenanigans months ago.
Naturally, Quin didn’t miss this new gift from the content gods and posted a 30-minute takedown video reacting to the stream and dissecting Musk’s digital faceplant frame by frame.
To be fair, there were a few valiant attempts to steer the vibe in Elon Musk's PoE 2 chat into positivity. One viewer thanked Musk for Starlink deployment after Hurricane Helene. Others shilled $TSLA stock, but they were quickly drowned out by spammers asking if he's a "smart fella or a f--t smella."
In the end, viewers saw the richest man in the world appear to rage quit a video game he was streaming on a platform he owns, using tech he owns, in a jet he owns, all because gamers on a free-to-play ARPG told him he stinks.
